<summary type="html"><![CDATA[<span style="color: teal; font-family: 新細明體"><font size="3">入魔的預防首先是對練功入靜要有正確的認識，切忌想入非非。入靜的效益是治療疾病，增進健康，開發潛能和認識世界，與成神成仙並無關係。由於氣功與宗教的聯系及其以往所帶有的江湖色彩，要求人們對練功樹立一個正確的指導思想實際上並不容易，許多人多多少少對練功都抱有一些幻想和迷信，而這往往就是入魔的病根。因此，注意學習和掌握氣功的基本知識實在是十分必要和重要的，但這恰恰又經常為初學者所忽視。此外，剛才已經談到，幻景在練功入靜過程中可能自然產生，如果出現了，不管是良性的還是惡性的，唯一正確的態度就是置之不理，對付幻景和對付外界刺激的原則是一樣的，那就是「視而不見，聽而不聞」。俗語說：見怪不怪，其怪自敗。這是對付幻景的最好方法。練功過程中如果出現的是惡性幻覺，切記一不要相信，二不要慌張。相信則可能入魔，慌張則可能驚功。可以輕輕活動周身，微微睜開眼睛，促使惡性幻覺消失，而後停止練功，做些輕鬆愉性的事情，如聽聽音樂，打打乒乓球等，以使思想轉移。並應應暫停練功數日，待情緒波動完全平定之後再練。</font></span><span style="color: teal"><o></o></span><p><a href="http://qigonghk.mysinablog.com/index.php?op=ViewArticle&amp;articleId=2059480" target="_blank">(閱讀全文)</a></p>]]></summary>
